In 2020, we launched the first version of BLEND, an innovative digital content platform for Tempo, initially designed more as a content site than a traditional e-commerce site. With the surge in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, the platform rapidly evolved into a strategic D2C channel for selling beverages and accessories. Built on a robust infrastructure, BLEND demonstrated scalability and adaptability, eventually transitioning to Salesforce e-commerce cloud in early 2023. Although the platform is no longer active, it was a key learning experience in scaling D2C operations during a period of rapid growth.
